We are currently looking for a skilled Training Programmes Administrator to join our CBSbutler team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic HR department that supports the growth and development of employees across the organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support for various training initiatives, including:

  • Coordinating diary availability with trainers and participants
  • Scheduling learning events and site visits
  • Managing digital learning platforms and maintaining training data

In addition to the above, the ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and be able to work well under pressure. Experience working in an L&D environment is desirable, but not essential. A full UK driving license is also beneficial due to infrequent travel requirements.
