Job Title: Strategic Brand Lead

Job Type: 12 Month FTC (potential for extension)

Location: Hybrid 2 Days a week in the office - Kings Cross

Aquent is recruiting for an experienced Strategic Brand Lead to join a service-based company that connects major cities together. The role involves leading strategic branding initiatives, delivering insights-based recommendations, and influencing stakeholders who may not have a branding background.

The ideal candidate will manage these projects and work closely with the Head of Marketing to ensure alignment with overall strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities & Experience:

  • Someone with stronger strategic experience rather than a focus on asset production. A top-down understanding of brand strategy and practical experience working with agencies and cross-functional teams
  • Experience ideally working on the client side due to the need to navigate internal politics
  • Can handle the strategic elements of the role, rather than someone focused on client management or account director roles
  • Strong experience in service-led brand strategy, as opposed to product-focused brands

Nice to Have's:

  • However, agency experience is also considered, especially if they have worked with high-profile clients in brand consultancy or strategic brand roles
  • Experience in ideally travel or service or hospitality industries
  • Fluency in French is not essential but would be a plus
