We're looking for a seasoned sales leader to spearhead our partnership & alliances strategy, driving revenue growth and market expansion in the B2B eCommerce space.

The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of complex payment processing sales, having led high-performing sales teams to achieve exceptional results. They will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive partner sales strategy, identifying key markets and customer segments, and collaborating with the executive team to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives.

As a strategic thinker, the successful candidate will have excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to drive data-driven decision-making and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. They will also have a proven track record of successfully leading sales teams, achieving revenue targets, and expanding market share.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a tailored partner sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
  • Leverage expertise in payment processing sales to identify and prioritize target markets and customer segments.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to ensure alignment between sales strategies and overall business objectives.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team to achieve exceptional results.
  • Analyse sales metrics and performance data to inform data-driven decision-making.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to drive strategic insights and recommendations.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and emerging markets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in partnership sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading sales teams and achieving revenue targets.
  • Deep knowledge of complex payment processing sales within the B2B eCommerce space.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
