Sales Manager Responsibilities

The Sales Manager will support the Head of Sales, delivering tasks to a high-quality standard. Key responsibilities include:
  • Securing order intake to meet forecast targets by managing key campaigns and opportunities.
  • Identifying and creating opportunities for future sales and growth.
  • Working closely with Bid Management to lead and coordinate all bid activity.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:
  • An in-depth understanding of military collective training, ideally through operational experience or previous experience in individual, technical, and/or collective training.
  • Experience in developing, managing, and leading key sales or strategic campaigns within the defence or comparable sectors.
  • Demonstrable experience contributing to the broader organisational agenda with regard to commercial decisions, operations, and customer delivery within a Sales context.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary, estimated at £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
