Benefit Cosmetics UK is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our team of Sales Development Managers in the South of the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive retail sales growth across the region through a team of SDMs, aligning with the Full Year sales budget.
  • Work closely with SDMs to achieve retail sales targets for each store in the region, ensuring all retail levers are maximized.
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet regional sales targets, leveraging the team's expertise and commercial acumen.
  • Mentor and coach SDMs to deliver exceptional sales performance, adhering to Benefit Cosmetics' sales formula and sales standards.
  • Ensure all counter merchandising adheres to guidelines, reflecting the brand's high standards of cleanliness and visual appeal.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive culture within the region, promoting a Great Place to Work environment and supporting team members' personal and professional growth.
  • Identify and develop internal and external talent, creating a clear succession plan and supporting team members' development.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record in sales leadership and team management.
