Job Overview
This is a full-time position, 37 hours per week. The successful candidate will lead our Sales function, defining, setting and delivering the Sales strategy, processes and tactics, ensuring they are followed by all.
The role involves leadership, management and accountability for all members of the sales team. Delivering Ghyston's Sales goals, setting, tracking and achieving sales revenue goals, planning sales strategies keeping in mind Ghyston's values and core focus.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing Ghyston's client portfolio to increase stability and profitability, and to reduce risk.
- Building relationships with prospects and existing clients that result in sales, positive impact, loyalty and account growth.
- Managing a small personal sales target from prospecting through to sales closed to model best practice behaviour.
- Experienced in B2B sales and/or advisory roles, advising clients on how to achieve their overarching business goals through the innovative and effective use of professional services.
- Used to managing long, complex sales cycles, leading a team of sales professionals, with the ability to motivate and mentor individuals to get the best results.
Sales Strategy
The successful candidate will define, set and deliver the Sales strategy, processes and tactics, ensuring they are followed by all. This will involve leadership, management and accountability for all members of the sales team, delivering Ghyston's Sales goals, setting, tracking and achieving sales revenue goals, planning sales strategies keeping in mind Ghyston's values and core focus.
Requirements
- Significant experience of advising clients on how to achieve their overarching business goals through the innovative and effective use of professional services (ideally digital) or similar.
- Used to managing long, complex sales cycles.
- Experienced in leading a team of sales professionals, with the ability to motivate and mentor individuals to get the best results.

- A basic salary of £170,000-£190,000 per annum (full time equivalent), plus commission and profit share scheme.
