About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth at PeopleGoal, Inc. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales plan that aligns with company objectives and market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that drives revenue growth and expands our customer base.
  2. Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, setting clear goals and expectations.
  3. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities, providing insights to inform our sales strategy.
  4. Continuously refine and improve the sales process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  2. Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with 5+ years of experience.
  3. Strong leadership and team management skills.
  4. Familiarity with HR and talent management technology is a plus.
