Job Title: Territory Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Olympus UK & Ireland. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for establishing direct sales of our Surgical product range on your territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage sales opportunities within your territory through to successful completion using our Integrated Sales Process (ISP)
  • Accurately forecast sales opportunities and maintain a robust understanding of our product portfolio
  • Represent the organisation at face-to-face and virtual exhibitions, workshops, and educational meetings
  • Deliver post-sales training, commissioning, and support for new and existing customers across our product portfolio
  • Develop and deliver customer sales presentations in conjunction with customer requirements and communicate Olympus solutions and value propositions
  • Proactively use the ISP and relevant selling techniques to progress opportunities
Requirements:
  • Experience within a field sales environment, preferably within the healthcare industry
  • Self-motivated with a strong will to succeed and highly skilled in organising and planning multiple demands and priorities
  • Demonstrates high levels of integrity in dealings with external and internal customers
  • Clear and concise written and spoken communication skills
  • Highly motivated to provide exceptional customer satisfaction and focused on personal continuous improvement and development
