Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Representative to join our team in the East of England territory. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building relationships with NHS departments, promoting our products, and negotiating prices and discounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Building solid and long-term relationships with NHS departments, including Ward, Project Team, and Purchasing.
  • Ensuring widespread networking with key stakeholders and decision-makers to promote the brand and products via planned appointments.
  • Managing the territory and demonstrating effective time and travel management.
  • Promoting and selling our products.
  • Negotiating prices and discounts.
  • Working with the National Sales Manager to create a regional plan.
  • Following up quotes and samples and closing new business, ensuring CRM reflects this.

Requirements

  • A hunter mentality with some medical sales experience.
  • Must live in the east postcodes PE, NN, CB, CM, CO, IP, NR.
  • IT literate and proficient at CRM use a bonus.
  • Sales of a fast-moving product experience.
  • Clean driving license.

Package

  • Basic Salary £45,000.
  • Annual Bonus £10k at 100%, £15k at 110% (realistic) uncapped paid quarterly.
