**Your Role**
You will be responsible for supervising and inspiring a team of dedicated care assistants, working alongside our Deputy General Manager. Your duties will include supporting the clinical team in areas such as medication management, assessments, care planning, and care reviews. You will also be expected to develop your skills through ongoing training opportunities.

**Requirements**
To join us as a Senior Care Assistant, you will need to have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care. You should also have specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly. We are looking for warm-hearted, compassionate individuals who are committed to delivering individualized care and support to our residents.
