About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Care Professional to lead our team of dedicated support workers in delivering exceptional care and support to our residents. As Senior Support Worker Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and inspiring your team, working closely with the Deputy General Manager to ensure seamless delivery of care services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and develop a team of support workers to deliver high-quality care services
  • Work collaboratively with the clinical team to provide person-centred care and support
  • Support the Deputy General Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the care home

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional care and support.

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
