EU Sales Representative

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team at Adam Equipment Co Ltd as an EU Internal Sales Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth, generating new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with potential and existing dealers.
Key Responsibilities- Answer inbound phone calls and provide expert advice to customers on product options and order-related queries.
- Make outbound phone calls to assigned dealer base and prospective new dealers to drive sales growth and build new business.
- Manage a portfolio of existing and potential customers via telephone contact, providing sales support and building trusted relationships.
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales goals, increasing revenue and profit with assigned dealers through professional selling skills.
- Generate new leads and prospects for new dealers, creating an ongoing quote pipeline to successfully build new business.
- Analyze business issues and cycles to identify products and services that meet customer needs, creating persuasive sales proposals and overcoming objections.
- Support assigned dealer base to enhance relationships and build the Adam Equipment brand.
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of the entire Adam Equipment product catalog.
- Manage all contacts, leads, opportunities, quotes, lost sales, phone calls, emails, and meeting notes within Zoho CRM.
- Submit sales reports, territory forecasts, industry trends, and market reporting.
- Perform administrative duties as assigned.
- Previous inside sales or call center environment experience.
- Hunter mentality, not afraid to engage with new and existing customer base.
- Associate or bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams virtual meetings.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to effectively organize and prioritize work, as well as concentrate on multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to develop and maintain business relationships with internal and external contacts at all levels.
- Self-motivated to win business.
- Scale industry experience a plus.
- Bilingual in multiple languages a definite plus.
This role requires making a minimum of 75 outbound phone calls to existing and prospective dealers on a daily basis. Some overnight travel may be required for trade shows, training sessions, and sales meetings.
