Job Responsibilities

  • Security and Safety Patrols: Conduct regular building patrols to ensure security and safety standards are met.
  • Visitor Management: Sign in all visitors and escort contractors around the office premises.
  • Delivery and Mail Handling: Receive deliveries and notify recipients of their mail.
  • Maintenance Issue Resolution: Raise maintenance issues with relevant teams for prompt resolution.
  • Extended Working Hours: Work unsociable hours occasionally due to extended building opening hours.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Commercial Premises Experience: Possess experience working on commercial premises.
  • Health and Safety Knowledge: Familiarity with H&S working practices.
  • SIA License: Hold a current SIA license.
  • Communication and IT Skills: Demonstrate good IT and communication skills.

Compensation Package

The estimated annual salary range for this position is £45,000 - £55,000, depending on experience.
