We are searching for a skilled Aircraft Maintenance Director to oversee the maintenance of our esteemed blue chip client's facilities.

This key role requires expertise in optimizing building performance, leading maintenance teams, and driving operational efficiency in a high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive preventative maintenance plans for critical building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
  2. Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential maintenance issues and mitigate disruptions.
  3. Efficiently manage and coordinate planned maintenance, repairs, and emergency responses to minimize downtime.
  4. Provide leadership and mentorship to the maintenance team, fostering a high-performance culture through effective training and development initiatives.
  5. Closely collaborate with facility management and stakeholders to align maintenance efforts with operational requirements.
  6. Evaluate and manage third-party vendors to optimize service delivery and cost-effectiveness.
  7. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, work orders, and equipment history.
  8. Enhance maintenance processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
  9. Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations and company policies.
  10. Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in maintenance management.

Requirements:

  1. Qualification in Facilities Management or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  2. A proven track record as a Maintenance Manager in the real estate industry.
  3. In-depth knowledge of building systems, equipment, and best practices in maintenance.
  4. Exceptional leadership and team management skills, ensuring smooth operations.
  5. Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to addressing maintenance challenges.
  6. Proficiency in maintenance management software and CAFM systems.
  7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective stakeholder relationships.

The estimated salary for this position is $100,000 - $120,000 per annum.
