Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to lead our cleaning operations at University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of the Estates and Facilities Division, you will be responsible for managing a team of cleaning senior supervisors and ensuring that high standards of cleanliness are maintained throughout the hospital.

About the Role

  • Lead a team of 4 cleaning senior supervisors to ensure that cleaning standards are consistently met
  • Conduct investigations and present findings to senior managers
  • Manage relationships with external contractors and suppliers
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and protocols

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in facilities management or a related field
  2. Proven experience in managing teams and leading projects
  3. Strong communication and problem-solving skills
