Job Overview
Priory Group is seeking a skilled Maintenance Coordinator to join our team at Priory Hospital Bristol. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the hospital's facilities are well-maintained and safe for our patients and staff.

About the Role
This role involves scheduling and coordinating maintenance activities, maintaining records of maintenance work and inventory of parts/supplies, and communicating with maintenance staff, management, and other departments to ensure smooth operations. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards, and maintaining inventory of maintenance supplies, tools, and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
* Schedule and coordinate maintenance activities and tasks
* Maintain records of maintenance work and inventory of parts/supplies
* Communicate with maintenance staff, management, and other departments to ensure smooth operations
* Ensure that reactive works are managed appropriately
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
* Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies, tools, and equipment

Requirements
* Proven experience in maintenance coordination, facilities management or related fields
* Strong knowledge of painting and decorating techniques, materials, and safety practices
* Excellent organisational and project management skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite

Salary and Location
The salary for this role is estimated to be around £23,464 per annum, based on the location and industry standards.
