Responsibilities- Manage daily operations, including maintenance requests, client relations, and administrative tasks.
- Coordinate inspections and maintenance of facilities, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Review test certificates and risk assessments to identify follow-up remedial works, then organize accordingly.
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and third-party service providers.
- Verify invoices for accuracy and ensure timely payment.
- Oversee service providers and contracts.
- Schedule technicians for repair requests.
- Foster positive relationships with clients and subcontractors.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Demonstrate initiative and adaptability as a team player.
- Local residence to Bristol required.
- Prior experience in the property or facilities sector.
- Contractor management experience beneficial.
- Estimated salary: £26,000 - £28,000 per annum.
- Pension scheme.
