Job Description: Facilities Management Coordinator

WGC Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Management Coordinator to oversee the housekeeping department and ensure seamless operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and supervise housekeeping staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness and service quality
  • Analyze guest feedback and data to inform decision-making and optimize resource allocation
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including the General Manager, Hotel Team, HSK team, and suppliers
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty
  • Implement and enforce Health and Safety Policy and COSHH/Manual Handling procedures
  • Train and develop team members to achieve excellent results
  • Manage budgets and resources to meet business objectives
  • Pursue ongoing professional development to stay ahead in the industry
  • Solve problems and challenges promptly and effectively
