About This Role:

We're seeking an ambitious Store Manager to lead our Worcester store to success. As a key member of our retail team, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth, fostering a positive work environment, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction
  • Foster a culture of excellence among team members, promoting a results-driven ethos and exceptional service standards
  • Collaborate with the retail team to drive business growth and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Ensure accurate inventory management, maintain high levels of stock accuracy, and optimize visual merchandising displays
  • Build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and external partners to drive business success

Compensation:
