Job Description

**About the Role**

PSM Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Insurance Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our administrators, ensuring smooth operations, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the administration of insurance policies, including policy renewals and cancellations.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with our sales team to ensure seamless communication and support.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

  • Experience in dealing with insurance, preferably in Fleet Insurance, HGV Insurance, Liability Insurance, Van Insurance, or Motor Trade Insurance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
