Our client, a well-established and reputable insurance intermediary, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Insurance Support Coordinator to join their team. As an Insurance Support Coordinator, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service and coverage to clients, ensuring their policies are managed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Policy Management: Manage daily diaries efficiently, ensuring all appointments and tasks are organized and prioritized.
  • Policy Changes: Handle mid-term changes to policies accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Client Communication: Conduct incoming and outbound calls to assist clients with inquiries, policy updates, and claims processing.
  • Document Management: Process renewal documents and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed and filed appropriately.
  • Office Administration: Manage office filing systems and post-renewal documentation for easy access and retrieval.
  • Team Support: Utilize experience in the insurance industry to provide knowledgeable support and guidance to clients and team members.
  • Problem-Solving: Demonstrate a hard-working attitude and proactive approach to tasks, showing initiative and problem-solving skills.
  • Presentations and Fact Finders: Generate presentations and fact finders to support client meetings and policy discussions.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in the insurance industry, with a strong understanding of insurance policies and procedures.
  • Skills: Proficient in diary management, policy changes, calling procedures, document processing, and office organizations.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling policy documentation and client information.
