Russell Tobin is seeking an experienced Customer Experience Professional to join our Medical Information team. As a Medical Information Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service to healthcare professionals and patients/caregivers in their local language.

Responsibilities

  1. Manage and respond to customer inquiries received via various channels, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  2. Develop and maintain knowledge of products and services to provide informed responses to customer queries.
  3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
  4. Contribute to the development of training programs and materials to enhance customer service skills.

Requirements

  • Relevant work experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a life science or healthcare industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with regulatory guidelines and compliance requirements.

Estimated Salary Range: £22.10 - 24.15 per hour (Umbrella), based on location and experience.
