About the Role
Home Instead Lincoln is seeking a highly skilled and organized Care Coordinator to join our team. As a Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in the coordination and scheduling of our services to clients, ensuring the highest quality of care is delivered.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain effective schedules for clients and care assistants, taking into account travel time, holidays, training, and last-minute cancellations.
- Ensure schedules are prepared and communicated to all relevant parties, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Match care assistants to new clients in conjunction with the Registered Care Director and arrange introductions.
- Develop excellent relationships with clients and care assistants, ensuring positive experiences for all.
- Work with the Registered Care Director to ensure sufficient current and future staffing levels are met.
- Manage client and care assistant information on our electronic scheduling system.
- Perform other duties as required to ensure the successful operation of the business.
Requirements
- Experience working in a scheduling role within home care is highly beneficial.
- Good working knowledge of IT systems, with experience in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new technologies.
- Highly resilient and positive, with excellent communication skills.
- Excellent organization and prioritization skills, with the ability to work calmly and accurately under pressure.
- UK driving license and access to a vehicle for work purposes.
What We Offer
- Salary of £23,500.00 p.a. + extra for on-call duties and any overtime.
- 37.50 hours per week employment contract.
