About the Role

Home Instead Lincoln is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Care Coordinator to join our team. As a Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in coordinating and scheduling our services to clients while providing exceptional care and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain effective schedules for clients and care assistants, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Collaborate with the Registered Care Director to ensure sufficient staffing levels and timely scheduling of care packages.
  • Match care assistants with clients, ensuring compatibility and consistency in care delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, care assistants, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Manage client and care assistant information on our electronic scheduling system.
  • Perform other duties as required to ensure the successful operation of the business.

Requirements

  • Experience in a scheduling role within home care, preferably with a similar organization.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to work calmly under pressure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Logical and analytical thinking, with the ability to work with initiative and meet deadlines.
  • UK driving license and access to a vehicle for work purposes.
