Billing Administrator Job Description

Sewell Wallis Ltd is seeking a skilled Billing Administrator to join their team. As a key member of the Billings Team, you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely billing and metering administration, as well as delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the production of credit billing cycles and exceptions, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to contractual timescales.
  • Maintain and update customer and meter data to ensure accurate billing and operation of Pay as you go equipment.
  • Resolve customer issues and tasks, promoting First Time Resolution (FTR) and maintaining open communication with customers, team leaders, and other departments.
  • Handle customer contact via phone, email, chat, and social media, providing professional and efficient service.
  • Identify customer needs and promote digital self-help features to enhance the customer experience.
