Billing Administrator

Sewell Wallis is seeking an experienced Billing Administrator to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing accurate and timely billing and metering administration, as well as front-facing customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process contract data for recurring revenue, including new business, upsell, upgrade, and renewals.
  • Process contract data for one-off sales, including setups, installations, professional services, and hardware.
  • Enter data into the D365 F&O billing platform.
  • Cancel actions within the billing platform to ensure invoicing terminates in line with service end dates.
  • Assist with the investigation and resolution of customer invoice queries.

Requirements:

  • Desirable but not essential: previous experience working within a finance team.
  • Excel skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Number-focused.
  • Ability to take responsibility and ownership of tasks.
  • Team player.
  • Highly motivated with a proactive approach.
