We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor Commercial to oversee the commercial aspects of projects, manage subcontractor payments, and provide variation account forecasts.

About You

  • You will have a strong focus on new build and refurbishment housing projects, ensuring timely completion and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Your expertise in managing commercial project elements will enable us to deliver successful outcomes throughout the region.
  • A suitable candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be proficient in MS Office, and hold a degree in a relevant field.

What We Offer
