Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled Legal Counsel to provide legal support to our commercial function. The successful candidate will negotiate contracts, coordinate sub-contracts, and support project delivery teams.

Responsibilities
  • Negotiate contracts for Clarke Energy in the UK and Ireland.
  • Coordinate and negotiate sub-contracts for Clarke Energy's business in the UK and Ireland.
  • Support Commercial Manager and project delivery team to implement and manage projects according to signed contracts.
  • Provide guidance on contractual disputes and assist in expeditious settlement of these matters.
  • Negotiate operation and maintenance agreements with customers who have purchased generators/power plants from Clarke Energy.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Qualified solicitor with at least 4 years' non-contentious construction law experience.
  • Working knowledge of various standard forms of construction contract including MF/1, FIDIC, NEC and JCT.
Salary and Benefits
