Hotel Operations Manager

Surya Hotels is seeking an experienced Hotel General Manager to lead our Dragonfly Hotel in Peterborough. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful operation of our hotel, including managing our restaurant and bar teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of hospitality professionals to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency
- Manage the hotel's budget and financial performance, ensuring profitability and cost control
- Collaborate with the hotel's sales and marketing teams to develop and implement sales strategies
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Hotel General Manager or in a similar leadership role
- Strong hospitality background, with a focus on F&B operations
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Commercially astute, with a strong understanding of financial management and revenue growth strategies
- Ability to work autonomously, with a flexible and adaptable approach
