Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Hotel Operations Manager to lead our Front of House team at edyn/Hyatt Centric, Cambridge.

In this role, you will:
- Align Front of House with Corporate Strategy: Ensure that all Front of House (FOH) operations are in complete alignment with the overarching Corporate Strategy and that hotel-specific initiatives are implemented effectively.
- Represent FOH in Management: Serve as the liaison between the Front of House team and hotel management, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
