Hotel Operations Manager

Surya Hotels is seeking an experienced Hotel General Manager to lead our Dragonfly Hotel in Peterborough. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful operation of our hotel, including managing our restaurant and bar teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of hospitality professionals to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency
- Manage the hotel's budget and financial performance, ensuring profitability and cost control
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute marketing strategies
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of leadership and management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and guests
- Commercially astute, with a strong understanding of the hospitality industry and market trends
- Ability to work autonomously, with a high level of initiative and problem-solving skills
