Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Hotel General Manager to lead our Dragonfly Hotel in Peterborough. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful running of our hotel, restaurant, and bar.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and drive business growth.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, including P&L, occupancy levels, and guest feedback.
- Collaborate with local community to drive and maintain market share.
- Lead by example, demonstrating a 'can-do, will-achieve' attitude and a passion for delivering best-in-class experiences.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Hotel General Manager or in a similar role with site and P&L responsibility.
- Strong hospitality background, F&B-focused experience gained in hotels or high-volume restaurants.
- Excellent management skills, including recruiting, performance managing, and leading a team.
- Commercially astute to monitor and analyze trends and identify opportunities.
