Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Operations Manager to join our team at Atlas Hotels Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and driving business growth.
Your Role:As a Hotel Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Leading a high-performing team of hotel staff, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure they reach their full potential.
- Developing and implementing operational strategies to improve guest satisfaction, increase revenue, and reduce costs.
- Managing the hotel's budget, forecasting, and financial performance, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- Coordinating with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and human resources, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in hotel operations, with a strong track record of leadership and team management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and financial skills, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Knowledge of hotel operations software and systems, including property management systems, revenue management systems, and other relevant technologies.
