Hotel Operations Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Operations Manager to join our team at Atlas Hotels Ltd. As a Hotel Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of hotel staff and ensuring that every guest has a great experience.

Your Team

As a Hotel Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of hotel staff and ensuring that they are performing at their best
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve employee engagement and retention
  • Ensuring that all hotel staff understand and follow Atlas Hotels Ltd's policies and procedures
  • Managing the recruitment and onboarding process for new hotel staff
  • Coaching and developing hotel staff to reach their full potential
Your Guests and Your Hotel

As a Hotel Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring that every guest has a great experience and would recommend the hotel to others
  • Managing guest feedback and implementing strategies to improve areas of dissatisfaction
  • Ensuring that the hotel passes all evaluations and audits with flying colours
What Experience Do I Need?

To be successful as a Hotel Operations Manager, you will need:

  • Experience leading a team in a fast-paced customer-facing service environment
  • Experience managing costs within your control for your property
  • Experience working in an environment with clear frameworks and standard operating procedures
  • Experience coaching and developing staff to reach their full potential
