We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Waiter/Waitress to join our team at Hotel Du Vin. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you will have the chance to develop your skills and knowledge in a supportive and collaborative team. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be the face of our restaurant, responsible for taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring that our guests have a pleasant and enjoyable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take orders and serve food and drinks to guests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest queries and resolving any issues promptly
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure that food is served hot and to the highest standard
  • Manage cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety standards
