We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Waiter/Waitress to join our team at Hotel Du Vin. As a key member of our restaurant team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you will have the chance to develop your skills and knowledge in the hospitality industry. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be the face of our restaurant, responsible for taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring that our guests have a pleasant and enjoyable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take orders and serve food and drinks to guests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that guests have a memorable dining experience
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure that the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about our menu and drinks offerings
  • Upsell and promote our menu items and drinks to increase sales and revenue
