About the Position:
The Adult Mental Health Worker will be responsible for providing community-based support services to individuals with mental health needs. This will involve working in partnership with colleagues from other departments to deliver effective services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing high-quality care and support to individuals with mental health needs
- Working closely with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Developing and implementing care plans to meet individual needs
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, applicants must have relevant qualifications and experience in mental health care. They should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
