Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Professional to join our Forth Valley Supported Living Service.
About the Role: As a Mental Health Professional, you will work with individuals who require recovery-focused support to live independently in their own homes. You will provide practical and emotional support, tailored to the individual's needs and goals.
Key Responsibilities: • Provide support to individuals with varying levels of need in their own homes • Work collaboratively with the local Health and Social Care Partnership to deliver person-centered support • Develop and maintain relationships with service users and their families • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to service development

Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., social work, psychology, nursing) • Experience working with vulnerable adults in a care or support setting • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
