We are seeking an Education and Mental Health Professional to join our dynamic team at WhereToTalk This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' lives, providing expert support and guidance to help them overcome mental health challenges.

The salary for this position is £36,023 - £45,585 per annum, with a 0.6 FTE contract. You will work closely with our Counselling and Support service, collaborating with Wellbeing colleagues and external services to deliver comprehensive student support.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective mental health support strategies for students.
  • Collaborate with academic staff, Wellbeing colleagues, and external services to ensure seamless student support.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to professional standards and frameworks.
Requirements
  • Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., BACP accreditation).
  • Substantial experience in education and mental health support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
