Salary: £39,912 - £48,635 per annum. 2 Whole Time Equivalent positions are available with the possibility of considering requests for Part-time hours.
We are seeking skilled nurses who can work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary and interagency approach, supporting adults aged 18-64 with various mental health challenges.
The role requires nurses to be solution-focused, using motivational interviewing and the Thrive model, while prioritizing trauma awareness and skill-based interventions.
Candidates should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, being able to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds and circumstances.
A key aspect of this position is the ability to liaise with wider mental health services and utilize evidence-based psycho-education information to deliver skills courses.
