Financial Manager

At Folkestone Girls, we are looking for a highly skilled Financial Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have significant financial experience within an educational setting and the required qualifications and skills outlined below.
We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. Working hours will be from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday, with 5 additional days to be worked during holiday times throughout the year.
The right candidate will have opportunities for career advancement and professional development. They will work closely with the Headteacher to develop and implement effective financial management systems.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing school finances, including budgeting and forecasting
- Overseeing payroll and personnel administration
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and policies
