Financial Controller

Real Group Ltd, a dynamic and growing organization, is seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to oversee all financial ledger operations across all divisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on controls, governance, and technical accounting.
About the RoleThis role requires a qualified accountant with a minimum of 10+ years of relevant post-qualified accountancy experience. You will be responsible for overseeing all month-end close processes, producing comprehensive group monthly Management Accounts, and reconciling monthly apprenticeship levy payments.
- Own and oversee all month-end close processes required for all group entities;
- Produce timely group monthly Management Accounts, comprising Profit and Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow Statements;
- Reconcile and balance monthly apprenticeship levy payments received with apprenticeship learners numbers on board;
The successful candidate will also design, implement, and maintain internal financial policies and processes to ensure compliance with external governing regulations and standards.
