Custodial Support Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Custodial Support Professional. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone who values working with people who may be challenging and have complex needs.
In this role, you will play a key role in helping individuals on probation using our Relational Mentoring approach. You will work hand in hand with probation/prison staff to support people to address their finance, benefit & debt issues.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys making a positive difference in someone's life. As a Custodial Support Professional, you will help increase our impact in our Justice work, ensuring people entering and leaving the justice system receive the necessary support to help them manage their lifestyles.
The salary for this position is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also require a full driving licence and daily use of a car, as well as the ability to travel extensively across Lancashire and Cumbria.
