We're looking for a skilled and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients in their own homes, helping them with daily tasks, and providing emotional support and companionship. If you're passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of others, we'd love to hear from you.
ResponsibilitiesAs a Care Assistant, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our clients, including assisting with personal care, supporting clients with medication, and helping with practical tasks like shopping, mealtimes, and housework. You'll also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through ongoing training and professional development.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you'll need to be resilient, willing to learn new skills, and develop your knowledge as part of our team. We're looking for individuals who are compassionate, able to care, and willing to make a positive impact in the lives of our clients.
Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary of £12-£12.50 per hour, plus 25p mileage, with opportunities for career progression, professional development, and a range of employee benefits, including enhanced occupational maternity and adoption pay, enhanced occupational paternity pay entitlement, paid training and shadowing, uniform and PPE provided, death in service payment, pension scheme, benefits and wellbeing platform, 28 days annual leave (pro rata), refer a friend scheme, cycle to work scheme, and eligibility for Blue Light Card discounts nationwide.
