**Job Summary**

We're seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our store leadership team, you'll be responsible for driving store performance, delivering a premium retail experience, and leading a high-performing team.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Assist the Store Manager in driving store performance and achieving sales targets
  • Lead and motivate the store team to deliver exceptional customer service and sales results
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising and store presentation standards
  • Manage inventory and stock levels, including ordering and receiving
  • Conduct regular team meetings and provide coaching and feedback to team members
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement store strategies and initiatives

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience in retail management, preferably in an outdoor or sports environment
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Basic knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising
