- Team Management: Lead recruitment and training: Oversee the recruitment process, develop comprehensive training programs, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and oversee monthly inventory audits to maintain optimal stock levels.
