Job Summary

As a Store Manager at Lululemon, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that all areas of the store are running smoothly and efficiently. This includes managing the store's profit and loss, planning and executing quarterly and annual planning, and maintaining a safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and People Management
    • Create and foster a positive and inclusive team environment, promoting a culture of respect and inclusivity among team members and guests.
    • Establish a clear vision for the store, based on key metrics and initiatives, and communicate it to all team members.
    • Build a strong and diverse team, including team members with various experiences, backgrounds, and skillsets, to drive store operations.
    • Manage the store's hiring process, including recruitment, selection, and onboarding, ensuring a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion.
    • Support ongoing learning and development of all store team members, providing direct feedback, coaching, mentoring, and career path guidance.
    • Engage in career discussions to support and reinforce team understanding of how working at Lululemon contributes to career and personal growth.
  • Working with Others
    • Establish supportive and productive relationships with all team members, focusing on personal and professional development.
    • Collaborate with in-store team members to ensure optimal guest experience and support store operations.
  • Operations
    • Manage the store's profit and loss, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
    • Plan and execute quarterly and annual planning, including budgeting and labor planning.
    • Understand and adhere to company policies and procedures, including people safety policies and procedures.
    Requirements
    • 1 year of people management experience
    • Experience in retail or sales management
    • Ability to travel to assigned store with own transportation methods
    • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
