About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Outpatient Coordinator to join our team at University Hospitals Bristol NHS Foundation Trust. This is a permanent, part-time position working 22.5 hours per week in Bath.

Job Summary:
As an Outpatient Coordinator, you will play a key role in the coordination of clinics and patient appointments, manage waiting lists, and maintain daily records. You will work effectively as part of a team, communicate effectively with patients, and maintain confidentiality. Your ability to adjust to change and motivate others will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate clinics and patient appointments
  • Manage waiting lists and maintain daily records
  • Provide administrative support to the team
  • Ensure a professional and positive working environment for patients

Requirements:
  • Educated to GCSE grade C or above (or equivalent) in English Language and Maths
  • Business and Admin level 3 NVQ or equivalent experience
  • Experience of working in the NHS

Salary Information:
The salary for this position is £24,071 - £25,674 pro rata (full time equivalent per annum).
