An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Primary Care Dental Service of University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust (UHBW) for a skilled Clinical Coordinator.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing effective and efficient clinic coordination support for the department, working from an external community site located in one of our Primary Care Dental Service Departments. This may involve occasional travel to cover other Departments according to service needs.

As part of this role, you will play an integral part in promoting and ensuring a professional and positive working environment for patients attending a UHBW dental community department across the Bristol, Bath and Weston area.

Your duties will include the ongoing management of waiting lists, organisation of clinics and patient appointments, and daily tasks associated with the daily management of an outpatient setting and reception area.
