About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Co-ordinator to join our Primary Care Dental Service team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to delivering high-quality patient care.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing waiting lists, organising clinics and patient appointments, and performing daily tasks associated with the management of an outpatient setting and reception area.

This role requires strong communication and organisational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Person Specification

We are looking for an individual who possesses the following qualifications and experience:

  • Educated to GCSE grade C or above (or equivalent) in English Language and Maths
  • Business and Admin level 3 NVQ or equivalent experience
  • Extensive clerical/reception experience in a healthcare/public setting
  • Experience of handling cash and banking
  • Experience of dealing with the public in person, by telephone, and via letter
  • Experience of working in the NHS
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £24,071 - £25,674 pro rata (full time equivalent per annum), depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including annual leave, pension scheme, and access to training and development opportunities.
